Okanagan Engine & Autocare partnered with NAPA Autocare provides our Peace of Mind Warranty with 1 Year/20,000 kilometres of worry-free protection on qualifying parts and labour services. This warranty service is honoured at over 16,000 NAPA Autopro and AutoCare locations across North America.

Our Peace of Mind Warranty includes parts and labour on repairs & services listed for 1 Year or 20,000Km whichever comes first:

• Heating, Air conditioning and climate control system
• Engine cooling system repairs
• Engine tune-up, drivability service and repairs
• Emission control system functions
• Fuel delivery & injection systems
• Electronic engine management and other onboard computer systems (engine, body control, ABS and suspension computers), cruise control systems
• Brake & ABS systems
• Battery, starting and charging systems
• Electrical systems
• Exhaust systems
• Ignition systems
• Steering & suspension, wheel bearings, CV joints, U-joints and drive shaft
• Clutches & clutch hydraulic system repair and replacement
• Other minor repairs

WHERE YOU CAN OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE

• If you are within 40 kilometres of Okanagan Engine & Autocare NAPA service location, please contact us or return your vehicle and present your copy of the invoice for assistance.
• If you are over 40 kilometres away from the original facility, please call our Warranty Administrator, at 1-866-GET-NAPA, 8:00am to 8:00pm, Monday through Friday (Eastern Time) and 8:00am to 5:00pm Saturday (Eastern Time), excluding holidays.
• The Warranty Administrator will assist you with finding the nearest participating NAPA Dealer location. If there are no participating NAPA Dealer locations in your area, the Warranty Administrator will direct you to an alternative repair facility.

EMERGENCY ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

The NAPA Emergency Roadside Assistance Program available from Okanagan Engine & Autocare is a 24/7 North America wide service. Please contact us for information on how to register and activate your vehicle!

Included Services:

Towing

• If your vehicle is within 40 km, it will be towed back to your original NAPA service centre.
• In the event that there is no authorized NAPA service centre within 40 km, to another fully licensed service and repair facility.

Battery Boost
• Dead battery? No problem! We’ll be there to jump start you!

Lock-out Service
• Keys locked in your car? We can get them out! (Key replacement not included.)

Fluid Delivery
• Run out of fuel? We’ll deliver up to 10 liters of fuel!

Flat Tire Change
• Roadside flat? We’ll be there to change to your tire!
